
We all carry "heavy seeds"—those lingering thoughts of not being enough, the weight of others' expectations, or the simple, physical fatigue of the constant daily "push." Usually, we try to fix these things with effort. But what if the answer isn't more effort, but more flow?

A Somatic Bath for the Soul
This 10-minute journey is designed to help you "soak" rather than "strive." Using the imagery of cool, crystalline water and the grounding presence of the earth, this session invites you to soften the grip on what no longer serves you.
It isn’t about forcing things away; it’s about becoming permeable enough to let the current carry them for you.
How to Prepare Your Space
To get the most out of this experience, create a small sanctuary for yourself:
Find Your Ground: You can sit, rest on your bed, or even lie directly on the earth.
Rest Your Eyes: Use an eye pillow or a soft gaze to help turn your awareness inward.
Bring Your Creativity: Have some watercolors or a journal nearby. After the audio ends, we take the "flow" to the paper to seal the release.

Beyond the Audio
Once the music fades, write down the one thing you watched slip around the bend of the river today.
If you feel so inspired you can do a very simple watercolor. Wet the paper and drop colors onto the wet paper. Let the colors move on the page like the water you just imagined. Once the image is dry, you can incorporate your "one thing" into the images with a few words flowing through the water or on the back of the picture. Place it somewhere to remind you of what you are releasing.
