Welcome to Creative You Wellness

Tiny Beginnings

There is something almost underwhelming about a seed.

It doesn’t look powerful.
It doesn’t announce itself.
It doesn’t prove anything.

You place it in the soil, and then . . . it disappears.

March begins not with blooms, but with something smaller.

Tiny beginnings.

This month, I am not asking what grand vision I will manifest.

I am asking:
What is small enough to begin?
What is humble enough to tend daily?
What is quiet enough to protect while it roots?

Tiny beginnings ask less of us and more of our faith.

They ask for patience over performance.
Consistency over intensity.
Trust over urgency.

A seed does not rush.
It does not strain toward the surface on day one.
It rests.
It softens.
It splits quietly open beneath the soil.

The work we have been doing — turning the soil, loosening compact places, softening our inner dialogue — has prepared the ground.

Now comes the gentlest question:

What tiny beginning wants to be planted?

Not for applause.
Not for proof.
Not to keep up.

But because it feels true.

Tiny beginnings may not look impressive.
But they hold forests inside them.

And perhaps that is enough.

If you feel called to place something small and true into the soil, you don’t have to do it alone.

If you’re looking for a place to tend your tiny beginnings in community,

the Creative Seeds Circle is a space where we plant gently and grow at our own pace.

You are always welcome.
