There is a tree that stands in my memory β strong, weathered, and wise.
I first met her during a wilderness retreat,
and she has lived on in my heart ever since
as the Grandmother Tree β a symbol of resilience,
rootedness, and the deep wisdom that lives within us all.
This guided meditation is an invitation
to connect with that wisdom β both within the natural world
and within yourself.
